The Concept
Visa and Salesforce partnered to create a web template where partners could connect with others and create opportunities for industry-specific certifications or meet and aid fellow partners.
The Goal
Creating a new platform, To help grow existing and new partners, support each other with the ability of growing-using simple tools provided by Visa and Salesforce.
The Challenge
New partners looking for intuitive tools to be proactive and managed their business, in matter of time, at Visa we created workshops and accelerators to help this partners manage their business from their own finger tips, creating intuitive tools for achieving their goals.
Methodology

learning from other tools, platforms how may we improve tools for our Partners at Visa And Sales Force.
By looking in existed Visa Products and compared with other companies, we learn new methods and what was important to improved in this innovated tool.

Collaborating to partners in workshops for 4 weeks, Our UX team were able to learn from these partners what is the most important task they need to accomplish daily, and what tools will be good to have.

At a Salesforce focus group, we learned various tools and templates through exercises using human-centered design to add better understand and user's needs.
Both teams brainstorm ideas back and forth with the goal of gather and refine ways to make the tool easy to use.
This approach allowed our partners discover and get different tools while making them feel engaged and motivated to grow with other companies.
In applying these combined tactics team was be able of compile ideas and get the best tools for our partners! This is what we learn from the exercise.
