They’re quite skilled and prefer to handle things themselves. They don’t trust the value of certain tools provided, even if they work well. If they try a tool and it doesn’t meet their expectations, they’re done with it!

Usability Testing

I was able to see in details the frictions developers faced detailed frictions and capture in clips to translate those frictions in to opportunities for making the tool more intuitive for our developers.

By Inviting key stakeholders to watch sessions in live we had foster collaboration and innovation proposing technical ideas for the benefit of developers.

I have conducted surveys for tracking progress after iteration. help us learn how users like the new system and get feedback in any frictions they faced.
